                               BAD ASS BABY BACK RIBS

2-3 Racks of Baby Back Ribs
Dry Rub (preferrably DallasTailgate.com Dry Rub)
BBQ Sauce (preferrably Sweet Susie's Sweet BBQ Sauce)

On the day before the tailgate party, cover your Baby Back Ribs with dry rub.  Massage the rub into the meat thoroughly and wrap in aluminum foil.   Let the meat marinade at least 2 hours (the longer the better).

Heat oven to 300 degrees.   Place marinaded ribs (leave them in the foil) onto cookie sheets and place in oven.   Cook for approximately 3 hours or until the meat is tender.

Remove ribs from oven and allow to cool. While ribs are cooling, cover in BBQ sauce and wrap in aluminum foil.   Once ribs are cool, pack them in your ice chest or place in refrigerator so you can take them to the tailgate party the following day.

On gameday,  set your grill to medium heat.  Remove ribs from foil and place on grill.   Grill each side for approximately 5 minutes or until ribs are heated thoroughly.    Serve ribs with a side of BBQ sauce.
