1/2 LB GROUND SIRLOIN
1/2 LB GROUND SAUSAGE
1/2 LB GROUND ROUND
1 DICED GREEN PEPPER
1 LARGE DICED ONION
5 CLOVES FRESH GARLIC DICED
1/2 TBS SEASONED SALT
1/2 TBS COURSE BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TBS GARLIC POWDER
Directions
MIX TOGETHER ALL MEATS, ADD DICED VEGGIES AND SEASONINGS (SEASON TO TASTE). USING YOUR HANDS (CLEAN HANDS, OF COURSE) MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. BEGIN ROLLING SMALL PORTIONS INTO MEATBALLS. PLACE MEATBALLS IN LARGE PAN OR TRAY. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. BAKE 25-30 MINUTES. STIR MEATBALLS AFTER 15 MINUTES, CHECK FOR DESIRED DONENESS. LET COOL, WRAP TIGHTLY IN FOIL AND IT'S READY TO WARM UP ON THE GRILL ON GAMEDAY.
