This is a very quick and easy chicken recipe that I pulled out of my arse (not literally, of course).
Chicken (any part of the chicken suitable for grilling)
Lawry's Garlic Salt
Fresh Limes
Place chicken (drumsticks, breasts, thighs, beaks, talons, etc.) in a tupperware container or zip lock bag. Generously soak with fresh lime juice. Sprinkle with the Garlic Salt (make sure it's Lawry's Garlic Salt and not Garlic Powder, junior) until all the pieces are covered (on both sides). Seal the container/zip lock bag and let marinade for at least an hour (overnight is always best).
Place chicken on a grill over medium heat. Cook thoroughly until done, flipping the pieces often. I made this with drumsticks and it took about 25-30 minutes to cook completely. About a minute before removing from the grill, squeeze fresh lime juice on the chicken and sprinkle with the Garlic Salt. Remove from heat and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
