Another quick and easy recipe. Quick and easy - sounds like my high school geometry teacher. Hope he doesn't read this....
4-6 Pork Chops
One can of Dr. Pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
Seasoning of your choice
Place pork chops in a in a tupperware container or sturdy zip lock bag. Pour entire can of Dr. Pepper and the soy sauce into container/bag. Close the container/bag and let marinade for at least an hour (overnight is always best).
NOTE: Do not throw away marinade mixture (spoiler alert: you'll be using it later).
Place chops on a grill over medium heat. Cook thoroughly until done, flipping the pieces often. During grilling, I like to pour some of the marinade mixture on the chops to keep them moist. About a minute before removing from the grill, sprinkle chops with seasoning of your choice (salt, pepper, season salt, ground puppy bones, etc.). Remove from heat and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
