PEARSON'S POPCORN CAKE
Yet, another easy recipe (you can thank me later)
INGREDIENTS:
9 quarts of popped popcorn
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 pounds marshmallows
1-2 (1 pound) packages of M&M's plain
1-2 large cans mix peanuts
food coloring (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In large saucepan, melt butter or margarine
and add marshmallows, stirring until melted. Remove from heat and add
food coloring, if desired. Pour over popcorn, M&M's and nut mix and stir well. Quickly press into buttered angel food
or large bundt pan, cool for 5 minutes then turn out into a plate.
Can also use this recipe to make popcorn balls (heh, heh, heh, I said "balls", heh, heh, heh....)
